I am currently Executive Chef at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Florida. Since 1998 I have worked in kitchens across Turkey, Scotland, Australia, Greece, the UAE, Oman and the United States. I am a member of the Emirates Culinary Guild and the World Association of Chefs Societies.
